Carnival Auction Kick Off Meeting

BSCO is fundraisingwith our first auction this coming June.  Our financial goal is to replace the Mac Book computers for all teachers this year with a rough cost of $25,000. We have assembled a small but dedicated team of people to lead this effort….but will need more help as this project takes wing.  The scope of this year’s auction is a silent auction held during Carnival in June.

The kickoff meeting is February 7th, 7pm hosted by BSCO Board VP Stefan Longat his home.  Please contact him if you would like to get involved in this event.   Volunteers will work on putting together gift baskets by soliciting donations from families and businesses in our community, marketing the event to parents and community, and running the event.
