The February BSCO meeting is not one to miss! You have the power to decide how your fundraising money is spent. We will have two large budget item proposals presented on Tuesday, February 16th. We will learn the details about BSE’s Community Garden project and what it will take to get it started. We’d love your input and vote about how to best utilize the funds we have worked so hard to raise.
Tired of copying/pasting or manually typing in all of the events for the school year? We’ve now posted an XML feed for the BSCO calendar. Click on the ‘Calendar’ link at the top menu or HERE to go directly to the BSCO Calendar. The link for the XML feed is located below the calendar.
Please be aware that technical support is NOT provided. Please consult your calendar application’s help support for instructions on how to add the feed to your own Google Calendar or calendar application that accepts XML feeds (e.g. iCal).
Are you a budding photographer?
Or maybe someone who just likes to take snap shots. Well, we need you!
The Communications Team is putting together the 2009/2010 Bonny Slope yearbook and we need all the photography help we can get. Events, classroom shots, assemblies, field trips, Passport club, you name it we need it. If you are interested in being on a list of photo helpers, please let me know. Each time there is an upcoming event, I will send out a reminder – I don’t think we can ever have too many photographers.
The details.
I will ask you to burn a disc of your pictures and bring it to the communications mailbox in the volunteer room. We are hoping to have some color in the yearbook this year if the budget allows, so there is no need to convert them to black and white.
Jpeg files or RAW format are fine to provide.
Please list the information on the disc or on a piece of paper with the disc. We need to know: photographer’s name and phone number, event title and date.
Please drop off discs as soon after the event as possible.
For classroom photos taken through out the year, please note the photographer’s name and phone number, teacher’s name and grade. If these images are of a certain date, or event or activity, please note that on the disc or group those images in a folder on the disc with the title.

The deadline has been extended!
To order your book for delivery the last week of school, please download and fill out this FORM and return it to your teacher or the front office with your payment before the new extended deadline of May 1st. Please make checks out to BSCO. We require a minimum order. If we don’t get enough orders, we will refund your money. $8 each. Attention Graduating 5th Graders! You will receive a FREE Yearbook as a big thank you for attending your final year in elementary school at Bonny Slope!
