Cornell Weeding Party Highlights | Sparrow Club – Last week to volunteer!

Last Saturday, several Bonny Slope students and their families helped out at the Cornell Weeding Party. Check out all these great worker bees helping out for a great cause!

•If your child has completed their community service, please send the green 1/2 page (with summary on back) noting all of their hours!

•In addition, we are HOPING that all families will document (on a 12×12 scrapbook page) their community service efforts.  We will be compiling all scrapbook pages in a book for Andrew.  We will give it to him on Friday, May 15th at our closing ceremony.  Just bring your page to Mrs. Haskins by Thursday, May 14th (or earlier)!  We have tons of scrapbook paper and stickers that have been donated to us…just stop by the office to pick some up to make your “page” for Andrew.

Need ideas on how to earn hours?
•Bonny Slope Elementary has a lot of weeds that need to be pulled. 
•Decorate Meals on Wheels place mats (can pick up at BSE office).
