Our annual Jog-A-Thon is a school-wide event that promotes fun and fitness while raising funds for BSCO’s annual budget. Students will solicit pledges/donations and then run, jog, or walk their way to the finish line. The money raised supports programs that directly enrich students' education and experience here at Bonny Slope. There are opportunities to contribute in many capacities before, during and after the event. This could include donation of raffle prizes, event sponsorship, volunteering your time to help with planned activities that will excite and encourage student participation, tracking students' completed laps at the event, and distributing prizes to students after the event. Please be on the look-out for volunteer opportunities communicated via the BSCO and BSE newsletters, social media and through designated classroom coordinators. This is a beloved school event and your support is vital to reaching our fundraising goal and in making Jog-A-Thon a fun and memorable event for our students!

Step 1: Register

The first step of participating is registering. Sign up for a Pledgestar Account to set up your fundraising page. Every student that registers is entered into a raffle for prizes!

Step 2: Get Donations

Ask your family and friends to sponsor you for the run. Earn prizes just for participating! Additional prizes are awarded for raising funds at certain dollar levels. Learn more in our Jog-A-Thon Parent Guide.

Step 3: Run!

Get on your running shoes and hit the pavement! Practice running laps every Monday and Thursdays with the Bobcat Trail Club to get ready for the Jog-A-Thon event day.
